The best thing about our fabric group is that some of us has been able to continue on with our work on Friday discovery learning. In the boxes of stuff that Mrs Hanlon had brought in from home was some embroidery threads and bits of cross stitch. There are also some other students who are keen to join in, who are not in our fabric group. The first Friday that Mrs Hanlon showed us what to do we spent the whole day with our heads down, concentrating on our work. We are making counted cross stitch scent pouches as keepsakes for ourselves or to give to someone special.
